Shipping & Returns

We want your shopping experience with us to be simple and successful. We have created a shipping process to help make that happen. Products are shipped per the method chosen at checkout from California within 1 to 2 business days from the date that the order was placed (subject to stock & availability).

All Weekends and Holidays are not counted as delivery days.

The warehouse closes at 2:30pm PST to allow for carrier pickup. Cut off time for same day shipment is 11am 

Saturday delivery is available.

Refused/undeliverable: For any and all shipments that are refused or returned undeliverable, a minimum $5.00 return/restocking fee will be applied to any credit issued. Other fees associated with the return will be deducted from any refund due. 

Shipping cost are calculated & determined by size and weight. Please place the items in your cart and enter your address to calculate shipping. 

Shipping Address Correction: All packages that need the address updated prior to shipping label being created can be made by signing into your account. Due to the nature of the products and for privacy reasons we are unable to change addresses in our system.
Once your label is created, shipping address will be uneditable and we are unable to intercept packages. Packages can not be rerouted by our office.

Standard shipping starts at $4.99 and goes up from there depending on size and weight. Location does not reflect on delivery times or costs.

Shipping errors and discrepancies will be refunded due to the nature of the problem. Example, customer pays for 1-2 day shipping and incurs a problem and the package arrives in 4 days. The accounting department will credit your account the difference between express and expedited shipping.

All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

Back Orders 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remaining items when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). 

 

RETURN PROCESS:

You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.We inspect all returned items and award a refund if the packaging is new and never been used, less shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

You can expect your refund within three weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing. All refunds are issued as a credit to your account at SyringeNeedleDepot for future purchases. SyringeNeedleDepot does not issue refunds to credit cards.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty.Your return shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
